You’ll enjoy a full dinner presented in courses, served right off the stove! She provides you with the recipe’s for the dishes prepared that evening to take home. Carmela’s Kitchen Cooking Classes are a great way to spend a chilly winter evening making new friends, having a fabulous meal, and learning the art of authentic Italian cooking! Mezze Rigatoni con sugo di Amatricianatomato guanciale sauce with pasta

Barramundi Trapanese tomato and herb roasted barramundi fish

Contorno di Patate Lorenzooven roasted potatoes with herbs and olive oil

February 7th

Crostini al miele e formaggio Crostini topped with honey and cheese

Papardelle con sugo di Aragosta pasta with lobster tomato sauce

Filetto di Manzo ai Lamponi Filet Mignon with port raspberry sauce

Spuma di Cioccolata, Fragole, e Cristalli di Sale Rosa chocolate foam with strawberries

 and pink sea salt

March 7th

Rotoline di Lasagna alla  Bolognese Lasagna rolls with beef bolognese and bechemel sauce

Cotolette alla Milanese chicken cutlet, Milanese style

Insalata di Arugula e Llimone arugula and lemon salad

Mousse al Cafe Corretto coffee and alcohol mousse dessert

All Classes are $75 per person, plus tax and gratuity

Classes are BYOB, no corkage fee
